Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Since the majority of my products are made especially for you when you place your order, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives with any damages, please let me know so I can send you a replacement and make it right.

Stickers are the exception to this policy, and stickers are eligible for a return and refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your sticker(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, you can contact me at olivestreetcollective@gmail.com or through my website contact page. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If your return request is accepted, I will send you instructions about how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is being shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, unworn or unused, no damages, with tags, and in the original packaging. 

REFUNDS AFTER RETURN
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return and you have not yet received the funds, please contact me at olivestreetcollective@gmail.com or through my website contact page.
