Prints are packaged in rigid mailers to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Prints are sold unframed. Your purchase includes the paper print only and does not include the frame shown in the listing mockup photos. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 
Each print is made especially for you when you place your order, which is why returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if your order arrives with any damages, please let me know so I can send you a replacement and make it right.
